What is OctoNext POS?
OctoNext is a cloud-based, bilingual point of sale system designed specifically for businesses in Kuwait. It combines sales processing, inventory management, customer CRM, staff controls, and mobile analytics into one unified platform.
Who is OctoNext designed for?
OctoNext serves restaurants, cafés, retail stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, salons, and small businesses across Kuwait. Our plans scale from single-register shops to multi-branch enterprise chains.
Is OctoNext available only in Kuwait?
OctoNext is built for the Kuwait market with KWD pricing, local support, and Arabic language integration. However, the platform can be deployed in other GCC countries upon request.
Setup & Onboarding
How long does setup take?
Most businesses are fully operational on OctoNext within 24 hours. Our onboarding team handles product catalog import, hardware configuration, and staff training.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Every plan includes free onboarding and training. We provide on-site or remote training sessions for your team, plus documentation and video guides.
Can you help migrate from another POS system?
Absolutely. Our team can import your existing product catalog, customer database, and historical data from most POS systems. Contact us for a free migration assessment.
Hardware
What hardware does OctoNext support?
OctoNext works with most POS terminals, touchscreens, receipt printers (Epson, Star), barcode scanners, cash drawers, kitchen printers, and customer displays. We also offer certified hardware bundles.
Can I use my existing hardware?
In most cases, yes. OctoNext is designed to be hardware-flexible. During onboarding, we test compatibility with your existing devices and recommend upgrades only where necessary.
Do you sell POS hardware?
Yes. We offer pre-configured hardware bundles including terminals, printers, scanners, and cash drawers. All bundles are tested and certified for optimal OctoNext performance.
Inventory
How does inventory tracking work?
OctoNext tracks stock levels in real-time across all locations. Every sale, return, or stock adjustment automatically updates your inventory. Set low-stock alerts and reorder points to never run out of what sells.
Can I manage product variants?
Yes. OctoNext supports unlimited product variants including size, color, material, and model — each with independent stock tracking, pricing, and barcode.
Can I transfer stock between branches?
Yes. Multi-branch plans include stock transfer functionality. Initiate transfers from the dashboard, track in-transit stock, and receive confirmations when items arrive at the destination branch.
Reporting & Analytics
What reports are available?
OctoNext provides sales reports, revenue analytics, product performance, staff performance, inventory reports, customer insights, and custom date-range reports. All reports can be exported to PDF or Excel.
Can I access reports from my phone?
Yes. The OctoNext mobile app provides real-time access to key metrics including live sales, inventory levels, staff performance, and branch comparisons — all at your fingertips.

Is there a mobile app for OctoNext?
Yes. The OctoNext mobile analytics app is available for iOS and Android. It gives business owners real-time visibility into sales, inventory, staff performance, and branch metrics from anywhere.
What can I do on the mobile app?
You can view live sales dashboards, check inventory levels, monitor staff activity, compare branch performance, receive push notifications for key events, and generate quick reports.
Multi-Branch
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. OctoNext Growth and Enterprise plans support multi-branch management with centralized dashboards, stock transfers, branch-level reporting, synchronized pricing, and region-based settings.
Does each branch work independently?
Yes. Each branch operates independently with full offline capability. All data syncs to the central dashboard when connectivity is available, giving you unified visibility with decentralized resilience.
Support & Security
What support channels are available?
OctoNext provides email support on all plans, priority phone and chat support on Growth and Enterprise plans, and a dedicated account manager for Enterprise clients. Our support team is based in Kuwait and speaks both Arabic and English.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. OctoNext uses bank-grade encryption for all data transmission and storage. We perform automatic backups across multiple data centers with full redundancy. Your business data is never shared with third parties.
Does OctoNext work offline?
Yes. OctoNext has full offline mode. Your POS continues to process sales, track inventory, and log all activities offline. Everything syncs automatically when internet connectivity returns.
Kuwait Market
Does OctoNext support Arabic?
Yes. OctoNext is truly bilingual — both the POS interface and admin dashboard support Arabic and English with full RTL layout. Receipts can be printed in Arabic, English, or both.
Does OctoNext support KWD pricing?
Yes. OctoNext is fully configured for Kuwaiti Dinar pricing with proper decimal handling, local tax configurations, and currency formatting on receipts and reports.
Is there local support in Kuwait?
Yes. Our support team is based in Kuwait City and provides assistance in both Arabic and English during business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM). Enterprise clients get 24/7 support.
