This policy explains how Octonics Innovations ("we", "us"), the developer of OctoNext, handles personal data when you visit octonext.com or contact us. It covers this website only. Data you store inside the OctoNext POS software is covered by your service agreement with us.

What we collect

  • Details you send us: when you use the demo form, WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you share, such as your name, business name, phone number, business type, number of branches and your message.
  • Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

How the demo form works

The demo form does not store your details on our website. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp with your details filled in, and you choose whether to send the message. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

Why we use your data

  • To reply to you, arrange a demo and prepare a quote.
  • To keep in touch about OctoNext if you have asked us to or are already a customer.
  • To keep the website secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

  • WhatsApp (Meta), when you contact us on WhatsApp.
  • Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this site and receives your IP address when the page loads.
  • Our hosting provider, which serves the website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to answer you and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop contacting you. Email info@octonics.com and we will reply within 30 days. We handle personal data in line with the data protection rules that apply in the State of Kuwait.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to enquiry details to the staff who need them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
